" AH, I see you are eager for the hunt , this is good, we will be traking a renowed beast this day, a silver dragon." " We will go now to the cave that my scouts have informed me the creature calls home." ( The pair set off to the north of the keep and soon araive to the edge of a forest. Upon entering they can feel a sense of urgency come over them, a feeling of the fight to come, for a dragon is a great and powerfull advisary. The pair travels for some time and begin to decend into a gorge. You notice the rock face seems to grow higher and higher the further you travel. You can just make out the entrance to a cave way up the right hand rock wall. A goat path seems to be the only way to reach the mouth of the cave. Dienekes informs his guest that they will climb from here and make their way into the cave . They begin their accent of the goat path and quickly find themselves at the mouth of the cave. Dieneks leads the way into the cave which upon further inspection is a system a caves , some small and others vast. They make their way into the depths of the mountain and can soon smell the scent of decay. It must be the remains of some recent meal. The pair come to a split in the back of a cavern which apears to be the entrance to the beast's lair. Dienekes instucts his guest to await his return at the mouth of the entrance. The high preist will goad the beast from it's lair and the mage shall await in the cavern to ambush the creature . The priest goes into the crack and time seems to stand still. Moments become longer and longer as the mage awaits his hunting compaions return. After a good while you hear a rumble in the distance and hear the preist apparently goading the beast. Dienekes burst's from the crank yelling ), " The hour is upon us mages, prepare yourself for combat." ( The events seem to speed up and you see the high preist cover behind his shelid and begin to chant. You realize this would be the time to begin to cast yourself. You start an incantaion and hear the preist shout " I Dienekes invoke Tharros curse!!!." ( You are hit by a burst of agony and all your limbs goe numb, your spell is broken and there is no chance for you to recover. Shocked and apalled you realize you have been lead to your doom, for there is a dragon emerging from the crack in the wall ,but you see the preist raise his staff in tribute and say. " Great shadow dragon , take this offering of friendship from a servant of the mighty Tharros, this one comes to our nation as a spi , offering falsehoods and bearing powerful relics, why he even threatened a citizaen of Laconia and has tempted the wrath of the mighty lion God. Feast on his flesh and renew our bond of brotherhood. " ( As your heart rases you see to your horror the dragon has emerged from the crack and is approaching where your lie. The seconds become hours as you are lifted from the ground and you last sense of the mortal wourld is the sound of snapping bones as the dragon devours your human form....... Meanwhile back in the warff the remaing members of your crew are just returning from the " Salty Whench" after a night of debouchery when they are pounced upon by Shapwin and his honor guard. All are sacrifised on the alter of THarros save two , who are crusified on the mast of your ship. They are set to sea with a message born on the sails, written in the blood of the crew, it reads," YOU HAVE TEMPTED THE WRATH OF THARROSS, YOU WERE FOREWARNED." The " Gaiden Igyou " was taken fro the ship and taken to the cliffs of Argos, there it was cast into the sea wrapped in flesh from the crew and devoured by a sea serpent........And so ends the story ... Hail THarros!!!!! Hail Laconia!!!! Dienkes Warrior Preist of Tharros!!!
