As one of the few possible emissaries for the Empyrean in this quadrant, I would like to welcome Moot to the alliance of super-awesome nations. And hope that they don't kill us mistaking us for the enemy.

Well, actually, I went and saw what Xoticus wrote, and he already mentioned it. But it would be helpful to specifically point it out so there isn't a problem or an accident.
